Order Preparation

Once your purchase is confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing your order immediately, following strict quality control and packaging standards. Order preparation and initial shipping typically take 3 to 5 business days, during which we verify your order details, inspect the product for quality, and package it securely.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A tracking code so you can monitor your package's journey; and
A photo of your product in its packaging, confirming it has been carefully packed and handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products are shipped internationally, average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. While we aim to meet or beat this timeframe, factors beyond our control — such as customs inspections, seasonal high-volume periods, carrier delays, and public holidays — may occasionally cause delays.

Delivery Process

Once your order arrives in your country, it is handled by the local carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package. The carrier generally makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available, the package is redirected to the nearest post office or carrier facility, where it will be held for 7 calendar days. If not collected within this time, the package will be returned to us, and a new shipping fee will apply if you wish it to be resent.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery issues, please provide complete and correct shipping details at checkout, including street name, number, postal code, city, and any relevant apartment or suite number.

In cases of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is not eligible for a refund. If the package is returned to us and you would like it resent, a new shipping fee of €20.00 will apply.

Tracking & Updates

Your tracking number allows you to follow your order's progress from our facility to your doorstep. Updates are provided directly by the carrier, and it may take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear, occasionally longer depending on the destination country.
