  5. We aim to respond within one month of receipt; this period may be extended by up to two additional months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for the delay.

Certain requests may require additional verification steps, and in some cases we may not be able to fulfill a request due to legal obligations.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law:
